Jim Rivers will be playing a 3hour extended set at SHAPE tonight as part of the Global Underground Newbreed tour. Global Underground is one of those big house music brands, for example it was behind Sasha and Digweed when they were at their peak. The Newbreed series has helped launch some big names in the past (for example Sander kleinberg, Danny Howells, Steve Lawler, Lee Burridge, Anthony Pappa, Satoshi Tomiie) and Jim Rivers is the newest edition.
He has released on Saved, Bedrock, EQ, Baroque, GU Music, Mouseville, Cr2, Audio Therapy & Renaissance and his tunes include monsters like “Ron Hardy Said” for which he teamed up with Paolo Mojo.
Well worth a look, and a 3hour set allows you to get a good picture of his dj prowess.
